We opened SutterFloors because buying good flooring in the valley meant either paying retail markup at a chain store or waiting weeks on a special order. Neither made sense for the homeowners, landlords and contractors we knew.
So we buy direct, stock what people actually install, and keep the operation lean. The floor you are standing on in our showroom is on a pallet twenty feet away — pick a color, get a real square-footage number, and load it the same day.
